Basic Policy regarding Personal Information Protection
Riverstone Partners Co., Ltd. has established the following privacy policy to ensure the secured control and proper use of personal information and is committed to taking all reasonable measures to protect all personal information held by our company.

We will comply with the "Law on the Protection of Personal Information" (Law No. 57, May 30, 2003) and other related laws and regulations in handling personal information.

We will clarify the purpose of use of clients' personal information by public announcement on our website or by written notice, and use such information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, unless required by law.
For example, with respect to specifying the purpose of use, we will endeavor to make them clearer to our clients, taking into consideration the nature of our business and implementing measures such as limiting the purpose of use to each client attribute or limiting the purpose of use at the client's option. 3. Use of Personal Credit Information Center
Personal information registered with the Personal Credit Information Center with which we may join will not be used for any purpose other than to investigate the borrower's ability to repay.

We will take appropriate security control measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information held by us.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not disclose clients’ personal information to third parties without clients’ prior consent, except as required by law.
6. Outsourcing of Personal Information
When we outsource the handling of personal information to the external parties, we will select the parties who are deemed to handle personal information properly based on our standards, enter a contract to ensure proper handling, and conduct necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that the contractor handles personal information in a secure fashion. In addition, we will endeavor to be as transparent as possible in the handling of outsourced matters by clarifying the details of the matters to be outsourced.
7. Maintenance and Improvement of Privacy Policy
To ensure that personal information is handled appropriately, we will train all officers and employees on the protection of personal information, conduct regular audits and strive to implement and continuously improve this privacy policy.
8. Establishing Personal Information Inquiries Desk
We have established a Personal Information Inquiries Desk and will strive to respond to such inquiries in an appropriate and timely manner. In the event that a client makes a request regarding the personal information held by our company, we will endeavor to respond to the request to the extent possible.
